Agility in cooperation and motivation of heterogeneous teams
Training description
Against the background of digital and demographic change and the associated processes of change, agile leadership has become increasingly important. Agility is changing cooperation in companies enormously; managers must react quickly and innovatively to changing framework conditions. But what exactly does “agility” mean in the context of employee leadership? How can the principles of agile leadership be successfully implemented in organisations? What leadership tools and methods are available for agile cooperation? What sustainable benefits does agile leadership generate for the motivation and retention of heterogeneous teams? These and other questions will be addressed in the seminar.
